The Faculty Development Program was chaired by Professor Shalini Nath Tripathi from Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow. Professor Tripathi provided valuable insights on how well-structured subject architecture can enhance the chances of getting research papers published in top journals. Her practical insights and technical inputs inspired the faculty members to pursue original and quality-based research initiatives. On behalf of the college Dr. Rupali Mishra and Dr. KVK Singh welcomed and thanked the Guest speakers. Mrs. Deepa Vohra felicitated the guest by presenting the saplings.
