Dr. Reshma Rajani
M.Com., Ph.D. (Dayalbagh Educational Institute), MBA
She is the faculty member in the Department of Commerce in Jagran College since 2008 and her appointment as an Assistant Professor has been approved by C.S.J.M. University, Kanpur. She has done M.Com. and Ph. D. from Dayalbagh Educational Institute, Agra on the topic “Human Resource Accounting in India, with special reference to BHEL and SAIL”. She also holds a dual-specialization MBA degree in Finance and Human Resource Management from Subharti University. Having keen interest in research she has credit of more than 25 research papers published in various journals and magazines in the field of Human Resource Accounting, Harmonization of Accounting Standards, Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure Practices, Creative Accounting, etc. She is the member of editorial board of College Magazine, Co-editor of Jagran Journal of Commerce and Economics and also a Lifetime member of “Indian Accounting Association” and “Excel Research Management Association India”.
Dr. Manisha Gupta
M.Com., Ph.D
She is a faculty of Statistics and Auditing with specialization in Finance and Economics. She qualified with M.Com degree and has to her credit Doctorate in Commerce titled “An Analytical Study of Emerging Trends in Indian Capital Market” from Lucknow University. She has been teaching since 2008. She is also a life member of “All India Commerce Association” and “ All India Accounting Association ”. She has compiled over 50 research papers some of which have made their place in journals too. She has participated and represented the college in various national and international seminars and conferences. She is currently pursuing her MBA in Marketing and Finance. Being an affable and determined pupil, her role as a teacher is commendable.
Dr. Rajeev Nayan Singh
M.Com., MBA, D.Phil.(University of Allahabad)
He has done M.Com from University of Allahabad and D.Phil. in commerce on the topic “Problems and Solutions of Fertilizer Marketing in India-with special reference to IFFCO ” also from University of Allahabad. He has more than 17 years of teaching experience in UG and PG classes. He has presented and published more than 64 research papers in various national and international conferences and journals. He has written 11 textbooks in the area of commerce and management for UG and PG classes. His specialized subjects are Marketing and Law. He is the member of Executive Committee of Indian Commerce Association. He is also the coordinator of N.S.S Unit.
Dr. Harsh Kumar Chawla
M.Com. M.A. (Economics, Education), M.Phil.(Commerce), Ph.D
Faculty of Accountancy and Tax at Jagran College. He did M. Phil in Commerce from C.S.J.M. University, Kanpur and has 11 years of academic experience. He has completed his Ph.D. from C.S.J.M.U, Kanpur on the topic “Analysis of Women Empowerment through Microfinance(with special reference to Kanpur District)”. His various papers are published in approved journals.
Dr. K.V.K. Singh
M.A.(Eco.),M.Com., Ph.D.
Life member of Indian Accounting Association is a faculty in commerce at Jagran College of Arts, Science and Commerce completed his research from CSJM University, Kanpur. He has attended various workshops, national seminars and international conferences. His various papers are published in national, international journals and magazines. He had guided and helped many graduating students to choose their college course by administering exams. He researched study materials as per syllabus requirement and supervised numerous projects. He has more than 17 years of teaching experience in UG and PG classes.
Dr. Anshul Saxena
M.A. (Eco.), M.Com, M.Phil.(Com.), UGC-NET, Ph.D
He is a faculty at Jagran College. He holds M.Phil (Batch Topper) in Commerce along with postgraduates in Commerce and Economics and also qualified National Eligibility Test (Commerce) conducted by U.G.C also completed his Ph.D (Commerce) from CSJM University Kanpur. He brings with him a rich experience and exposure in the teaching field. He has also been Ex-visiting faculty in Institute of Business Management, CSJM University Campus, Kanpur. He is also the author of various peer reviewed research papers.
Dr.Shalini Agrawal
B.Ed, M.Com, Ph.D.
She is faculty in Commerce department of Jagran College. She has done her graduation and post-graduation in commerce from Allahabad University, B.Ed. and Ph.D. in commerce from CSJM University. She has more than two national publications to her research pool. She is having eight years of teaching academic experience. Innovations in teaching methodology especially relating to effective teaching are her present attention.
Mrs. Deepa Vohra
M.com, B.Ed, U.P TET,UGC-NET (Commerce)
She is a Faculty of Commerce since 2012.She obtained her Master’s Degree in Commerce from C.S.J.M.U and has also qualified B.Ed., U.P TET and UGC-NET (Commerce).She has worked as a P.G.T Commerce for four years. She has also been a visiting faculty in Jagran institute of Management for teaching Financial Accounting to M.C.A and P.G.D.M students. She has presented her paper in a National and International Conference/Seminar.
Dr. Roopali Mishra
M.Com, Ph.D.
She is a faculty of Commerce at Jagran College. She obtained her Master’s degree in commerce and Ph.D. on the topic “An Analytical Study on Banking Sector Reforms and Its Impact on Public Sector Banks”. from C.S.J.M University, Kanpur. She holds 7 years of teaching experience in UG and PG classes and has attended various workshops, seminars and international conferences. She has also presented and published papers in the same. Her areas of interest are Entrepreneurship, Auditing and Marketing.
Dr. Vidushi Sharma
M.Com, M.A (Eco.) , MBA, Ph.D.
She has 15 years of teaching experience at graduate and post-graduate level as a faculty of Commerce and Management. She did her post-graduation from CSJM University. She has completed her research work on the topic ‘Working conditions of Child Labour in Kanpur- A Socio Economic Study’ in the year 2011.During her working period she has fulfilled various responsibilities effectively and efficiently.
Mrs. Isha Gupta
B.Ed.,M.A.(Eco.,M.Com.,UGC-NET)
She is the faculty of department of commerce at Jagran College. She holds a Master’s degree in Commerce and Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Education from CSJM University, Kanpur. She has qualified the National Eligibility Test in Commerce. She was a visiting faculty at ICSI, Kanpur chapter. She is dexterous in managing theoretical and practical applications of teaching in undergraduate, postgraduate and professional classes.
Mrs. Shraddha Agarwal
NET, M.Com, B.Ed, Diploma in German
She has been working as an Assistant Professor in Jagran College since 2013 and has varied teaching experience encompassing pre-college, undergraduate and postgraduate level. She has been a bright scholar and was a recipient of prestigious Banaras Hindu University Gold Medal for being a topper in M.Com. She also received Digambar Nath Gold Medal and Swami Madhusudanand Saraswati Medal as a mark of her achievements. She was also a visiting faculty at ICSI Chapter of Kanpur. She has to her credit a number of published papers in national and international journals. Her areas of interest include Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour and Corporate Learning. She is also actively associated with BHAVNA, an NGO involved in serving the under-privileged sections of the society. .
Dr Nidhi Gupta

Dr. Nidhi Gupta received her Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Commerce from CSJM University, Kanpur, PGDFM from R.T. Open University and Ph.D. from University of Kanpur on the topic “A STUDY OF THE INDIAN PHILOSOPHY OF MANAGEMENT WITH SPECIAL REFERENCE TO MAHABHARATA”. She has been working in the Jagran College as an Assistant Professor since 2013. She has presented many research papers in various national and international Conferences and Seminars. Her areas of interest are management and Commerce. She is a life member of Indian Commerce Association and Indian Accounting Association.
Dr. Amber Fatima

She is a faculty of commerce at Jagran College of Arts ,Science and Commerce. She did her graduation and post-graduation from PPN Degree College, Kanpur and also qualified UGC-NET and UP-TET. She has completed her research work on the topic “A comparative study of customer relationship management of public and private sector bank” from CSJM university kanpur. Her area of interest is related to finance. She has varied teaching experience encompassing pre college, graduate and post graduate levels.
Mrs. Himani Maggo Kumar

She is a faculty of commerce at Jagran College. She obtained her M.Com and B.Ed. degrees from CSJM University Kanpur. She has also qualified UGC – NET and has done CA Intermediate from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Her area of interest is Accountancy
Ms. Prerna Tripathi
MBA, MA (Eco), M.com.
She is a faculty of commerce at Jagran College. She holds a master degree in business administration with dual specialization in HR and Marketing from GBTU as well as post graduate in economics and commerce from CSJM University. She has done diploma in computer application and retail management. Her key area of interest is accounting. She has 9 years of academic experience in UG and PG courses.
Ms. Kanika BajajM.Com, M.B.A.(Finance),UGC-NET(Commerce)She has been working as an Assistant Professor in Jagran College. She is pursuing Ph.D. in Commerce from CSJM University, Kanpur. She did her graduation and post-graduation from Jagran College and also qualified UGC-NET. Her areas of interest include corporate social responsibility, accounting and finance. She’s also been actively working for an NGO (SPCA) as to make positive contribution in the growth and development of the society. |
Ms. Arushi Yadav
M.Com., UGC-NET, B.Ed., UPTET, CTET
She has completed her Graduation and Post-Graduation in Commerce from CSJM University, Kanpur. She has qualified NET twice in Commerce and holds a B.Ed. degree with specialization in Commerce from CSJM University, Kanpur. Adding to her professional background she bags a Diploma in Computer Applications and Programming Languages recognized from National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology. She has attended various seminars and conferences. With over 5 years of diversified teaching experience at pre college and UG levels at renowned institutions. She has been associated with Jagran College of Arts Science and Commerce, Kanpur as an approved Faculty of Commerce Department from CSJM University, Kanpur. Her major areas of interest include Business Law, Company Law and HR.
