On 10th September 2022, the college organized a Student Development Program as part of its efforts to excel in academics. The chief spokesperson for the event was Dr. Pramod Kumar, a member of the Shiksha Samiti, Government of India, and the founder President of the ISBM Group. Dr. Kumar highlighted the struggles and achievements of women in the corporate world, noting a significant increase in the number of women executives from 2 percent in 1990 to 5 percent today. His address emphasized the crucial role women play in leadership positions within the corporate sector.
The programme was very well coordinated by Dr. Reshma Rajani and Dr. Hema Rohra.
