Relevance of B.Com.
B.Com. is designed to develop business acumen in finance, entrepreneurship and understanding of the work culture. It is a separate discipline which has become popular in every day parlance as it offers a platform for Trade and Industry, Banking Services, Insurance and BPO Sector, MBA, CA, CS etc. Hence there is an increasing need of such graduates in Industry, Trade and Service sectors. There are 480 seats in B.Com. In B.Com the following papers are offered to the students as per National Education Policy 2020.
