Relevance of M.Com.

M.Com. serves as a foundation for further advanced studies and research such as Ph.D. and M.Phil. degree in Commerce. Along with Master Degree in Commerce, a student may appear for the UGCNET or JRF examination thereafter the candidate may go for Lecturership or in research area. M.Com. degree holder can choose for further advanced studies and career in the specialized fields of Statistics, Taxation, Accounting, Finance, Banking, Insurance etc.

Eligibility Criteria for M.Com.

The candidate must hold the degree of graduation in commerce (B.Com.) or Business Administration (B.B.A.) with minimum 45% marks in aggregate.

Admission Procedure for M.Com.

There are total 60 seats in M.Com in the college. Admission in M.Com course is done on the merit basis (marks scored in B.Com/B.B.A.) and personal interview.
